By accessing and using The Prominence Beauty Hive website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time.
2. Products & Pricing
All products are subject to availability. Prices are listed in Kenyan Shillings (KES) and may change without notice. We make every effort to ensure pricing accuracy, but errors may occur. In the event of a pricing error, we will contact you before processing the order.
3. Orders
By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including product availability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.
4. Payment
We accept M-Pesa, Airtel Money where available, and credit/debit cards. Full payment is required before order processing. All transactions are processed securely through our payment provider.
5. Shipping & Delivery
Same-day delivery is available in Nairobi. Countrywide standard delivery takes 3-5 business days. Free standard shipping is available for orders above KSh 5,500. Delivery timelines are estimates and not guarantees.
6. Returns & Refunds
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for unopened products in original packaging. Opened products cannot be returned unless defective. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after receiving the returned item.
7. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We are not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account.
